Join CEAA for a family-friendly trip to see Radio City Music Hall’s world-famous holiday event: Radio City Christmas Spectacular! Guests will be seated with other Engineering alumni and their families during the show. Tickets are originally $110 but have been marked down to just $35 for Engineering alumni and their families. Dean Feniosky Peña-Mora announced the University’s proposal to create a new campus devoted to engineering and applied science on Thursday. The proposal was drafted in response to the New York City Economic Development Corporation’s RFP for a new applied science campus in New York City. In the above video, the Dean discusses the School’s proposal and its impact on the University and the City.
Nine new endowed chairs were honored on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the School’s annual celebration of faculty excellence. The nine professors include three new faculty members— Katayun Barmak from Carnegie Mellon University, Michael J. Collins from MIT, and Jacob Fish from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute— and six current faculty—Dimitris Anastassiou, Keren Bergman, Shih-Fu Chang, Jingyue Ju, Andrew F.
